摘要：In this review, a foodborn pathogen Yersinia enterocolitica was investigated. In addition to taxonomical and ecological characteristics of the bacterium, foods involved in Yersinia infections, pathogenicity and factors affecting the growth and survival of Yersinia in food were also discussed.
