摘要:48 imported or locally produced goat and sheep cheese samples marketed in Munih, were collected and examined in point of mix of cow milk by the test of Enzyme Immunological Sandwich-EIA. In the 27 cheese samples (56%) were determined mix of cow milk. The sensitivity of the applied test is 1%.
