  • 摘要:The Fatty Acid Composition of Sunflower ( Helianthus annuus L.) Oil This research was carried out for the determination of fatty acid compositions of sunflower oil. The oil were obtained from c.v. Ekiz-1 and candidate variety of Ekiz-2 (Production permition). According to the results of the research; the values of myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and arachidic acid were found 0%, 7.52%, 5.44%, 41.99%, 44.73% and 0.30% respectively on c.v. Ekiz-1. Also the composition of some fatty acids were found myristic acid 0.025%, palmitic acid, 7.16% stearic acid, 7.48% oleic acid, 43.38% linoleic acid 40.25% and arachidic acid 0.54% on candidate variety of Ekiz-2. Ekiz-2 was synthesis more stable oil than Ekiz-1.
