摘要：Salmonella group organisms do effect human and animals by contamination in various ways. These organisms are known as pathogen for human beings and cause food poisoning. In this research. Salmonella searched in hen, quail and duck eggs. In this study we focused on egg-shell, yolk and white. In hen and duck eggs this microorganism was found only in eggs shell. But it was isolated either from egg-shell, yolk and white in quail eggs.
