摘要:Besides phosphorus and iron, the contents known as “major metals” such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium of some fruit juices marketed in Ankara province have been investigated and determined in this study as well. In this way, the situation of fruit juices in nutrition physiology has been tried to investigate. All of the examined fruit juices during this study are the products of 1993 and belonging to the same series; have been collected from Ankara markets in August 1993. During sample selection and investigation the PIAR’s research report of 1990 has been taken as essential and; a total of 120 cans of fruit juices from 4 big different companies have been used.
