摘要:Mycotoxin profiles of 819 mould cultures from 1560 mould species, isolated from various Turkish agricultural and foodstuffs was investigated. In this context, 40 different mould species were screened qualitatively for 31 different mycotoxins by using Thin Layer Chromatography technique. A total of 3456 analyses was conducted and it has been observed that 16.20% of the moulds showed toxic properties, whereas 81.36% and 2.46% of the moulds were nontoxic and suspected respectively.
