  • 摘要:Immunological methods can be used for the detection of antigens and antibodies both qualitatively and quantitatively. Antigens can react with antibodies which are prepared against antigens. Due to the specification of antigen-antibody reaction, suitable probes must be provided to find antibody’s antigen. The quality of antibody used and its specify to antigen is important to the reliability of the immunological test. Selective-immunological test techniques are getting more important in food analyses. Recently, in dairy technology, ELISA method, as an immunological test, is used for the detection of existence of cow’s milk in sheep’s and goat’s milk and products in addition to detection of various microorganisms, antibiotics, sulfonamids etc.
