  • 摘要:In this study, it was investigated that the effects of Chemicals used for agricultural protection on some quality properties of four grape juices and wines and heavy metal contents in wines. All analyses were also done on grape juices and wines taken from unapplicated grapes as controls. In this study, it was determined that the quality properties of juices and wines taken from Chemical applicated grapes were higher than of the controls. It was also observed that concentrations of iron, lead and copper in wines taken from Chemical applicated grapes were higher than of the controls. Zinc was only found in Chemical applicated Kalecik karası and Narince wines, whereas cadmium wasn't found any wines. It was also determined that the quality properties and concentrations of heavy metals were changed among the cultivars.
