摘要:The article offers information on the new specifications which are added in the Erie doctrine by the U.S. Supreme Court due to the court case Shady Grove Orthopedic Associates, PA v. Allstate Insurance Co. It discusses the role of constitution in operating the Erie doctrine which includes the choice of law, limitations of lawmaking and standard for rules construction. It also informs that state statute should not apply in the federal court based on the case.
