摘要:The Article discusses the dark aspect of the commodification debate regarding standardized testing in light of the educational reform in the U.S. as presented in the article “Testing as Commodification,” by Katharine B. Silbaugh in the 2011 issue. It claims that commodification is elitist and political in nature. It also mentions the objections raised by critics on the standardization test for the schools in the U.S. which are brought by the constitutive incommensurability and corruption.
