摘要：The intuition as distinct from rational thinking has been the subject of investigation for a very long time. The domesticated animals as well as wild animals also have been shown to display some or the other form of intuition. Though mechanisms have been defined for the rational thinking, the mechanisms for intuition are not as clear. We propose that wormholes between the consciousness of the living organisms and the universal consciousness may lead to intuition. We also discuss intuition and its mechanisms with special reference to plants.
