摘要：This study reports on the trends of operational costs of farmerowned and operated irrigation enterprises (irrigation districts andcanal companies) in five intermountain states. Administrativecosts have risen faster then operation and maintenance costs.While salaries of employees have not risen significantly overtime, legal costs have greatly escalated.
