摘要：Many policies affecting agriculture are not found in agricultural policy or the federal farm bill. An example is the Coastal Zone Act Reauthorization Amendments of 1990, or CZARA. The following questions and answers should help explain the importance of CZARA to Michigan farmers. The CZARA program guidelines have undergone some modification since January 1995, and now appear to have some greater flexibility.
