摘要：We appreciate the opportunity to present on behalf of the National Council ofAgricultural Employers a statement on the future of agricultural labor and the public policyissues related to the need for an adequate legal workforce to meet the needs of America'sfarmers and ranchers. Agriculture currently has a shortage of legal workers. As a result,NCAE believes legislative action is necessary to provide legal status to the current agriculturalworkforce and to reform the H-2A alien agricultural worker program.
