摘要：Audiotape cassettes are a low-cost, easy to use, and portable medium for presenting educational information. They offer all of the positive advantages of a listening medium and provide an information distribution mechanism which can be faster than that for print materials. The lack of adequate indexing and abstracting has severely limited accessibility and use of audiotape cassettes, despite growing interest in the format.
