摘要:The sessions of the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting are devoted to a combination of administrative reviews, problems, and proposals brought to the Board's attention by its Committees and Officers. The former reflect the Board's responsibility to the membership for prudent management; the latter provide opportunities to reaffirm or to alter policy. Much of the former category is reported fully to the membership at the business sessions. In the interests of fuller reporting to the membership, I am noting below a record of actions taken by the Board at its Miami meetings on June 11-12 and June 16, 1967.
