摘要：To you my friends and colleagues I wish to cxpress my sincere appreciation of the high honor which you have conferred upon me in clecting me as your President. One cannot help but enter upon the responsibilities of this office with some trepidation as he surveys the list of the distinguished individuals who have preceded him. It has been our desire and we hope we have succeeded in a measure to carry on the fine traditions of the past.
