摘要：Almost the entire secretarial work during the past year has been in regard to the place and the program for the present meeting. In October, the president, Colonel C. F. Wylde, wrote that the Osler catalogue was not likely to be completed for at least two years, therefore it would be necessary to postpone the Montreal meeting indefinitely; he also suggested his resignation as president but was prevailed upon to finish this year's service. -In March an informal circular letter was sent to the librarians of the libraries belonging to the Association announcing the time and place of the meeting and asking for names for new members to be presented and acted upon at this meeting. The letter was .followed on April 28th by the program, to the entire list of members, both physicians and libraries.
