摘要:For hot oil pipeline, heat transfer of the medium of pipe in the process of shutdown is a heat and mass transfer problem of moving phase interface with wax appearance latent heat. The treatment of natural convection in pipe is the key to simulating accurately temperature field and define freezing interface. This paper has adopted partition allocation method to establish shutdown temperature drop mode of aerial hot oil pipe by Fluent software. Typical operating conditions of the system have been simulated. According to the flow velocity transformation of liquid oil, the process of natural convection has been analyzed. The results showed that the influence of natural convection can be ignored due to the second half of the crude oil solidification process. Freezing cloud charts in different times were simulated, and during the shutdown process, the temperature fluctuation in the vertical direction of pipe center and the position of maximum temperature in pipe have been defined. The aim of this paper is to offer theoretical base for shutdown time.
