摘要:OzFoodNet is a collaborative network conducting appliedresearch into foodborne disease. It was established by theCommonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, formerlythe Department of Health and Aged Care.1During thesecond quarter of 2001, OzFoodNet prepared severalprotocols for national studies investigating the burden andcauses of foodborne disease.
