摘要：Measles transmission occurs readily in health care facilitiessuch as general practices and hospitals. It can not only leadto measles in other patients at the facilities but also tomeasles in medical and nursing staff. In the recent (1999)measles outbreak in Victoria, four of the 62 cases werehealth care workers.1A further obvious concern in healthcare facilities is that those exposed may include immuno-compromised patients or very young children, two groups inwhom measles can be very severe
