  • 摘要:The microbiological quality of three bivalves' mollusks species with commercial interest was given on the level of two zones located on the Mediterranean coast of the North-East of Morocco. A total of 77 samples of Ruditapes decussatus, 121 samples of Chamelea gallina and 60 samples of Donax trunculus were analyzed by the enumeration of Escherichia coli (E. coli), the search of Salmonella and Vibrio cholerae. The CF90 (Escherichia coli concentrations not exceeded in 90% of samples) recorded for different species was 690 E. coli / 100g for Ruditapes decussatus and Chamelea gallina and 7100 E. coli / 100g for Donax trunculus. No Salmonella or Vibrio cholerae were detected during the period studied. The presence of E. coli at important levels in mollusks bivalves indicates a fecal origin of pollution. Co mpared with 854/2004 and 2073/2005 regulations of European Union (EU) which set health standards governing the production and placing on the market of live bivalve mollusks, the results show that 74% of the samples (all species comb ined) have shown q uality safe, 20% require relaying or treatment in a purification center, 5% require long-term relaying (at least two months) with or without purification, or after intensive purification and 1% of the samples are prohibited
