摘要:The mycorrhizal situation and health state of oak Quercus robur L. and Q. petraea (Matuschka) Liebl. was monitored in Czechia on five oak experimental provenance plots in 2008–2012. Statistically significant difference between the density of active and nonactive mycorrhizae was studied; on the contrary, no difference between the assessed provenances within the plots was established. The successive deterioration of the health state of oaks during the assessed period occurred through the primary defoliation (the ascertained values within plots ranged between 20 and 40%). Higher value of the primary defoliation resulted in a reduction of the density of active and nonactive mycorrhizae in the subsequent year.
