摘要：According to analysis at SNL Kagan, the market share of IPTV is rapidly growing whereas the market share of cable TV is slowly shrinking. This paper introduces an 'Open IPTV System' which allows a subscriber to easily open his or her own IPTV broadcasting station. In the 'Open IPTV System', operators must be present at the office to access the content management system (CMS). We implement a web CMS so that the operators can access the CMS anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to Internet
