摘要：El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar cómo afrontan las regiones industriales escenarios de crisis estructural como el actual mediante enfoques más flexibles de planificación. Analizaremos el caso del Rin-Ruhr, una región industrial sin mucha tradición en planificación territorial que se ha dotado en los últimos a.os de una serie de herramientas de planificación supramunicipal innovadoras e interesantes para hacer frente tanto a sus problemas estructurales como a los retos de la globalización
其他摘要：The aim of this article is to show how the industrial regions confront scenarios of structural crisis as the current one by means of more flexible approaches of spatial planning. We will analyze the case of the Rhine - Ruhr, an industrial region without many tradition in spatial planning, that has been endowed in the last years of a series of interesting and innovative tools of spatial planning, in order to face both to the structural problems and to the challenges of the globalization
