摘要：There are two general views of management known as Agency and Stewardship.The kind of management approachormethodologythatmanagers choose inmanagingtheirorganizationsdependonvarious factorssuch aspsychological,cultural and structural factors.Inthisstudy,theinfluenceof thesefactors andthe tendency of managers and employeesof fourunits oftheIslamic Azad Universitytoagencyorstewardshiphavebeen studied.This isa correlation study,StatisticalPopulation of this researchincludingdirectors, assistants and employeesof fourunits oftheIslamic Azad University(N=100).Thussamplingwasnot doneandtheywereall studied.Dataiscollected bymeans of scholarquestionnaires that itscontent validity was measured via referringto reviewers and specialists anditsreliability amountwascalculated0.78byCronbach's alpha.Collecting datawere analyzed by correlationcoefficient and F test.The resultsshow thatthereis a significantrelationship betweenviews ofofficials andemployees both about psychological, structuralandcultural factors and Stewardship approach.
