摘要：The attacks on computer systems by processing data aggregated from distributed resources are detected by distributed intrusion detection systems (DIDS). The nature of being distributed, the data sources allow adornment in the data to be seen that might not be detectable if each of the sources were examined at individual level. This research article describes various techniques that have been developed to analyse and share data in such systems and discusses some serious issues that must be mentioned and fully reflected before making viable decentralized distributed intrusion detection system (DIDS).
