摘要：In order to deliver products to customers on time, enterprises want to accelerate business processes in supply chain management (SCM). SCM integrates logistical requirements of suppliers, distributors and customers in cohesive process which enables reduction of delivery time and inventory costs. There are many information technologies (IT) and software solutions supporting integration, optimization and management of supply chains. The basic aim of this research is to analyse various contemporary software solutions and trends in development and implementation of supply chain management software applications. Also, the paper gives principles and recommendations for selection of appropriate supply chain management software which can be useful for managers who make decisions on supply chains
