  • 摘要:Composition, dynamics and functions of aboveground and/or belowground biomass are integral needs to interest in forest ecological processes. We derived forest ecosystem to macrosystem, composed from many microsystems. The macrosystem comprises attendance of all spheres including biosphere of forest ecotope. The microsystem comprises scale of microspheres (leaves, bark, litter-fall, soil). Macrospheres and microspheres are the most interactive in soil rhizosphere. There are not known in same rate. We deduced some questions: First, what way is true for separation of activity of particular groups of the soil microorganisms and plants to identify their real potential in nutrient cycles and forest ecological stability? Second, how soil microorganisms participate in total forest resilience when they build species-specifically linkages in plant rhizosphere and induce coevolution. The equivocation of the answers is caused by absence of runtime method for soil microsystems observing. Analysis of DNA can provide any explicit conclusion but some runtime methods are concentrated only to total effects of biological activity or enzymatic activity. Specifically, research in biological activity of particular functional groups of the soil microorganisms based on DNA is aimed to get clear results. Another true interpretation for forest ecology is to define limits by closeness of root biomass measurement.
