摘要：The major catalyst to the rise of biometric methods is its eminence as an identity handling technique. This paper epitomizes the concept of biometric identification system, security, fuzzy vault and pros and cons of fuzzy vault. It also points out the subsequent research that is needed to circumvent the attacks and vulnerabilities.
