摘要:It is well known that a difference may be expected between the total solids of milk calculated by the Fleischmann's formula and determined by the gravimetric method (drying). In order to find the difference in Yugoslav milk the examinations were carried out of milk various origin due to the locality, (highlands and lowlands), different producing conditions (large state farms of 200-600 cows and small private farms milking up to 10 cows). Also, milk of various breeds was tested. Yugoslav red spotted (Simental), Frisien, Holstein and crossbreds.
