摘要:Milk samples from large herds of Yugoslav red-spotted and black-white (Frisian) cattle as well as bulk milk samples were analyzed as regards fat-protein, lactose, total solids and solids-non-fat content over a period 1972-1975. The monthly fluctuation of components due to the kind of milk, differences of milk composition between breeds and bulk milk, the problem of low solids-non-fat content and the importance of fat + protein content with regard to the manufacturing value and basis for pricing of milk were discussed in greater extend.
