摘要：In the last decade, in the conditions of implementing the market economic structures, the way of usingwater resources has become a major problem, the institution paying attention to the unitaryadministration of surface and depth waters keeping, at the same time, their natural properties, breakingtheir impurifying and pollution. The use of waters in the zone of the studied basin has maintained,compared to other regions at a high level, both as a volume and diversification of the uses, beingexplained by the great number of settlements (2 metropolises, 12 towns and over 60 villages) with thepopulation of about 745.000 inhabitants, but owing to the presence of a lot of industrial units which needa lot of water
