摘要：In modern world of technology wireless users are much more sophisticated telecommunicationsusers than they were few years ago. They are longer satisfied with just completing a clear call, today'ssubscribers demand innovative ways to use the wireless phone. They want multiple services that allowthem to handle or select incoming calls in a variety of ways. Wireless intelligent network is developedto drive intelligent network capabilities such as ser vice independence, separation of basic switchingfunctions from service and Application functions and independence of applications from lower-levelcommunication details into wireless networks. The primary weapon for empowering providers to deliverdistinctive services with enhanced flexibility is wireless intelligent networks (wins)
