摘要：The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the entrepreneurial skills and the entrepreneurial traits among Indian businessmen and business women in Seremban, Malaysia. A set of questionnaires was administered to 30 Indian businessmen and business women in Seremban town. The findings showed that generally the entrepreneurial skills and the entrepreneurial traits among these Indian businessmen and business women were high. The study also revealed that there were no significant differences between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial traits based on gender, age and education. Only slight differences occurred between genders with respect to self-motivation and financial skills
