摘要:A new reverse genetic method (Targeting Induced Local Lesion In Genom ) was developed on 1357 individuals durum wheat variety Cham 1 mutated. The seeds of studied population were treated with 0,6% (v/v) EMS, and advanced to the stage of generation M8. Screening of mutations in the HMW-GS and LMW-GS was performed using one-dimensional SDS-PAGE and molecular marker. The results showed eight mutants detected in LMW-GS. Those mutants showed a different profile compared to that of the parent Cham1 unmutated. PCR with a specific primer was used as a tool of confirmation of those results, by amplification of LMW-GS region and differentiated between the profile of good or bad technological properties of durum wheat
