摘要：Toxic heavy metals were investigated in the medicinal plant Mentha longifolia. The plant samples were collected from different locations of Chhattisgarh, Central India. The plant parts including root, stem and leaves were found to have the quantity of heavy metals. Plant ability to accumulate and translocate the toxic metals i.e. Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, and Pb were estimated by use of bioaccumulation factor (BAF) and translocation factor (TF). These results may be useful for the evaluation of the quality of medicinal plants
