摘要：In this paper, we focus on the problem of estimation of proportions of sensitive characteristic possessed by the individuals in the population. Randomized response models have been considered to provide the maximum protection to the respondents and procure honest responses. There is acute shortage of articles discussing the simultaneous estimation of two dependent sensitive attributes. To fill the gap, we present two new procedures to estimate the proportions of two dependent sensitive characteristics simultaneously. With both the procedures all the conditional and marginal proportions can be estimated. We have also given the expressions for estimators of some of the marginal and conditional proportions and their variances as well. Since the reliable data are the fundamental ingredients in any research, the proposed procedures can be applied in field surveys on sensitive issues so that reliable estimates can be obtained for future planning in business, economics, social, educational, marketing and behavioral concerns
