摘要：The questions of management by motivation in sport of young gymnasts on the stage of deep specialization are examined in work, including planning and construction of stage taking into account individual features, systematic analysis of competition activity. Acquaintance of sportswomen with the plan of all stage on the whole and separate microcicle in particular, determination and account of level of motivation, design, in training activity of taktyko-tekhnycheskyh actions of basic competitors is instrumental in saving of motivation of gymnasts and its increase at the end of stage and promotes effectiveness of competition activity of gymnasts. Ways, methods and facilities of strengthening and saving of sporting motivation, to achievement of high sporting results are experimentally appraised
