摘要:The aim of this study is to compare Dutch and Turkish pre service science teachers’ perspectives on their science teacher training programs. Measurement instrument used in this study was prepared by the researchers in their mother tongue and then was translated into Dutch. The questionnaire has 39-items. Reliability analysis of the instrument revealed that the Cronbach-Alpha coefficient in Turkish was (.784) and in Dutch was (.804) for the whole of the instrument. Measurement instrument was administered to 143 preservice science teachers to determine their perspectives. The results showed that there are many differences and similarities on the perspectives of preservice science teachers into science teacher training programs in Turkey and Netherlands. Suggestions have been made under the light of the results.
