摘要：The article is the physico-chemical study of several grape varieties on two different vineyards Iasi-Copou and .tef ne ti-Arges. Grape varieties studied in this article are: Feteasc Alb , Feteasc Regal , Muscat Ottonel, Italian Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. For a better characterization of varieties have made comparative studies between the two vineyards in order to determine the influence of climatic conditions on physico-chemical characteristics of the grapes. Because of low winter temperatures and soil in the vineyard of Iasi quantity of grape sugar gained more than the grapes from vineyard .tef ne ti, the exemple: Feteasca Regal from Ia i not exceed 170 g sugar g/l, and to reach and .tef ne ti 190 g/l, the Riesling Iralian in Iasi has around 160 g/l and the .tef ne ti reach up to 200 g/l which leads to the conclusion that Copou Iasi vineyard is a producer of table wines and other wines higher
