摘要:In a world where the battle for supremacy is tough, companies try to find new opportunities to survive on the market. Competition drives management to seek new alternatives for achieving customer satisfaction and profitability. While providing quality products and services is a sine-qua-non condition, the analysis and optimization of the quality costs is a gold mine in order to obtain financial and economic benefits. Thus, managers can become true leaders with vision afforded only by the desire to achieve quality in all its forms, regardless the activity domain. A true leader seeks excellence and achieve excellence through quality.The purpose of this paper is to present an overview about the necessity of promoting quality and quality cost as a sure path to a successful future.
