摘要:Globalization, globalism, and the development of communication technology have increased the complexity and the professional status of public relations around the world (J. Grunig & Dozier, 1992; J. Grunig & Hunt, 1984; Kazoleas & Teigen, 2006). Global public relations scholars have argued that transparent organizations need to deal with stakeholders not only in their home country, but also in host countries where they operate, and governmental sectors also need to communicate with key stakeholders in other nations (Molleda, Connolly-Ahern, & Quinn, 2005; Molleda & Laskin, 2009).
