摘要:Background: The best HRM practices (Human Resources Management/HRM) could be obtained from effectivity process of organization management in regulating, managing and directing the existing components of the firm in order to achieve firm management’ predetermined objectives (Quang & Vuong, 2002). According to Hoof and Deridder (2004) that communication and knowledge sharing, in collaboration among employees within the firm would create individual effectivity to produce new knowledge. There is no organization that could obtain their goals without employees (Drucker, 1999). Management should be able to use resources in effective and efficient manner. Individual effectivity suggested by Hoof and Deridder was supported by the works of Cabrera & Cabrera (2005) in saying that ability and skill of individual should be shared toward other individual to maximizing values for the firm.
