摘要：IT industry is becoming popular for the workers who want to do perform offshore or freelance jobinbusiness. World's leading researchers have announced Bangladesh as a leading outsourcing destination.Bangladesh is prospecting with IT outsourcing in regard of human resources, financial and politicalstability, macro and micro level infrastructure andmarket positioning with a huge competition. Besidesthese factors, the scenario has changed a lot within the long history in Bangladesh's IT industry since1964. On the other side outsourcing is being the most popular method of doing things in least expensiveway. IT outsourcing has the largest share in regard of job quantity. Technology has changed the world,and Bangladesh has a larger stake to compete with other market within IT outsourcing industry
