摘要:This study tested the diffusion of innovations theory to determine if it was applicable in describingtechnology adoption patterns of teacher trainers in Cambodia. Tested were eight perceivedcharacteristics of innovation and four demographic variables. MANOVA results indicated thatdifferent types of adopters had significant differences in eight perceptual characteristics and fourdemographic variables. ANOVA results indicated that seven of the eight characteristicssignificantly impacted adoption and no demographic variable had a significant influence onadoption rates. Findings for further theoretical development, ICT project planning, andsuggestions for future research are included
