摘要：Software measurement process must be a good oriented methodical process that measures, evaluates, adjusts, and finally improves the software development process. The main contribution of this work is the easy and extensible solution to software quality of validation and verification in software develop process. Therefore, we use formal approaches in order to describe the fundamental aspects of the software. This formalization supports the evaluation of the metrics or measurement level themselves. We discuss several metrics in each of five types of software quality metrics: product quality, in-process quality, testing quality, maintenance quality, and customer satisfaction quality
