摘要：Open source describes practices in production and development that promote access to the end product's source materials— typically, their source code. Open source software has become the most prominent face of open source practices. In recent years the open source alternative options are gaining popularity over their proprietary counterparts which has led researchers in all related fields to re-think and re-evaluate the studies and concepts especially in higher education management and talent acquisition .
