摘要：The cooperation among industries, universities and research institutions is similar to the symbiotic cooperation of the individual organisms. This paper discussed the symbiotic relationship of the enterprises and the research institutions, constructed a logistic growth model of the symbiotic relationships, and divided the symbiotic relationships into equal-symbiosis, rely-symbiosis, dependence-symbiosis, and one-way-symbiosis. We found that different symbiotic relationships should be treated by different methods. The stable conditions of these four types of symbiotic relationship were proposed, and the results provided a theoretical guidance to choose the reasonable symbiosis models
