摘要：Paper provides an analysis of goals and choices attached to food consumption. The study is an insight into intertemporal decisions that involve uncertainty and risk. Results were explained by a model of hyperbolic discounting that describes inconsistent preferences which appear to be frequent phenomena among hedonic and utilitarian goals when options are attributed to different moments.
